Shipping Policy

In-Stock Items (Available at Home):

  • Orders are shipped the same day.

  • Delivery takes 2–3 days anywhere within the UAE.

Out-of-Stock Items (Ordered from Supplier):

  • Processing + delivery takes approximately 7 days total.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available only through our social media (Instagram, TikTok, or any of our official platforms).

  • AED 12–15 will be deducted from your order total.

  • COD orders must be picked up from Al-Qiyadah Metro Station (G16), Dubai.

Card Payments:

  • We accept secure card payments for all orders placed directly through our website.

No Return / Refund Policy

All sales made through Desire UAE are final.
We operate under a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

Exchanges are only offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • An incorrect size or product was delivered.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photo or video proof.
